hello my name is Lisa Landry I just bought your ped egg power today at walmart, got home and went to use it and the wheel isn't spinning. I have brand new batteries and I honestly am very upset. I own your whole product line and never have had an issue. I cant return it since I tried to use it so now I don't know what to do. Please help
